SMHack is the best analytics tool on the market, in terms of social media management. While browsing through social media marketing apps here, Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics.
Simple control panel with self-explanatory tabs like Task, Publishing, Participation, Analysis, Competition and Monitoring.
One of the features about SM Hack is the competitive tab. SM Hack lets you Benchmark your Facebook page and twitter account compared to your competitors. That’s great because you no longer have to go to your facebook page to enter an opponent, I can do it right from SM Hack.
Another feature is tab Engage displaying and mention I can reply and start the conversation.
Another tab is the Analytics tab that presents some data from my profile like:
Join posts, Video performance, Fan demographics (gender, city location, age group, etc.) Post display, Post report, fan page, geographic distribution of fans Tomb and growth fan on Facebook.
On Twitter: Growth tracking, Twitter interaction reports, tweet trend reports, tweet reports of media, the most appealing hashtag and top attractive tweets.
On Instagram: Top posts by interactive rate, hashtag interaction, media hashtag interaction, media interaction, comment comment, like engagement, media summary and summary Interactive
Google Analytics provides the following data on my connected social media profiles: Page views, sessions, bounce rates, average session duration, page / session views, and users.
Compared to most SM managers, I tried SMHack to produce the most comprehensive reports. Swift Social can be used instead of SMHack for most features. But no SM manager provides comprehensive analysis reports like SMHack.
Recommended for other buyers: SM hack is relatively simple. The tabs explain what you need to know. I think SM Hack is primarily intended for freelancers. Or Agencies who pay much attention to their analysis to measure what is active and what is not.
