Our return and refund policy lasts for 24 hours. If 24 hours or days have passed since you purchased and received it, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your service is unusable or unsigned when you receive it. All the problems from our system that make it impossible for you to use, we tried to help but couldn’t make it work. In other cases, we do not issue refunds for any other reason.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace tools that are faulty and unusable, and we only change them within 24 hours of you receiving the tools. We only change the tools available in the combo pack you purchased or similar tools. If you have any tool that is failing and want to change it to another tool, please email us at [email protected] or other communication channels like live chat, skype


If an item is marked as a gift or bonus when you purchase any tool on our website, you will be able to use it without changing it. All bonus tools or gifts are free. You cannot replace or request a refund in case the bonus tools or bonuses do not work

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
